Laksa Johor Mi Lidi & Sterling Gray

Yayyy, made Laksa Johor yesterday. Making Laksa Johor ni ambil masa panjang sikitlah as the proses agak remeh but in the end puas hati sebab sedap. Usually orang akan guna linguine as the noodle but I used Mi Lidi because my hubster prefers that. Kuah dia tu guna ikan, udang and also salted ikan kurau! Yummy lah ;) The recipe I ambil dari The Malaysian Mummy Diaries, ada kat my blog list tu if u r interested. Mr Ako makan the laksa pakai tangan, sama macam masa dia makan Laksa Terengganu (Laksam). But as for me, I used chopsticks... ;)
The timun must potong bulat-bulat and the noodles must letak bulat-bulat jugak. Makan with sambal belachan juga. The cili api adds oommpphhh to the gravy...
