I know many of you out there suka makan tahu sumbat kan? Me too. Especially eaten with my mom's kuah kacang. No need to eat rice, just eating a couple of tauhu sumbat will make me kenyang sampai esok pagi. But, have you tried eating it with kuah sambal kicap berkacang Jawa style?

Oklah, tak baik kan asyik tengok gambo makanan during fasting. I just want to share with you the recipe of making the kuah sambal kicap berkacang Jawa style so that you can eat it with your tauhu sumbat next time. Here it is:
1 small bowl of Chilli Padi
2-3 cloves of Garlic
2 spoonsful of Sugar
A cup of Kicap Jalen (or other brands doesn't matter)
Kacang Tanah tumbuk
Blend chilli, garlic, sugar, and kicap.
Put blended item into a bowl and mix with kacang tumbuk.
Ta Daaa... dah siap!
